Heavy rainfall caused widespread flooding on Monday in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China’s Henan province. Up to 3.9 inches of rain fell in some parts of the city, with most of its urban areas getting more than half that. In 2021, flooding killed hundreds of people in the city, where iPhone-maker Foxconn has one of its main assembly plants
