HP CAPITAL Invests in Caixin Global

(BEIJING, 21 April 2023) - Caixin Global announced that HP CAPITAL PARTNERS LTD., a Porsche family fund, has reached an agreement to acquire a significant share of Caixin Global and will become their strategic partner for its further growth in Europe and beyond. The transaction was completed in February 2023.
